|
| Making
the training commitment
|
| Gymnastics is no different to
any sport or endeavor, the greater the commitment; the more you achieve. Moving on from
the class program, the developmental team is the next step in training level and
commitment. Developmental gymnasts
usually train either 2 or 4 hours a week, however some do more after they have
acclimatized to the more demanding training patterns |

| Planning
a future |
|
|
| First, learning the basics,
gaining strength and developing the other gymnastics fundamentals is organized. The coaches observe and the planning of each
gymnasts future begins.
Training levels helps the gymnast prepare
and move in stages toward competition performance. |

Training
for tomorrow |
| Early competition and
training a future high level athlete can be a conflict of interests. Some of the
fundamentals required for a high level of gymnastics cannot be included in early
competition. Therefore our developmental plan is divided to include the important
fundamentals which make a higher level of performance possible in later years. |
